Le Qi Gong est une gymnastique énergétique chinoise de santé, de remise en forme et de longévité.
Les mouvements sont lents, n'exigeant pas d'excès de souplesse, de force ni de performance.
les Ateliers mis en place par la commune, sont proposés gratuitement aux personnes résidentes sur Saint-Clet, de + de 60 ans, un mardi tous les 15 jours de 10h à 11h dans la salle polyvalente. Première séance le mardi 7 septembre.
Les Ateliers sont animés par Françoise Ottari Ferrandon, enseignante de Qi Gong.

DESTRUCTION DES CHARDONS
La mairie rappelle que conformément à un arrêté préfectoral du 8 avril 2005, les exploitants et particuliers ont obligation de procéder à la destruction des chardons avant que ceux-ci ne soient en fleur. Le non respect de cet article expose les exploitants et particuliers à une amende.

4 ateliers programmés en juin et septembre, limités à 12 places, se tiendront au CIAS de BOURBRIAC mais aussi avec la possibilité d'assister aux ateliers par vidéo.
